Yvonne Soler-McKinley

Yvonne Soler-McKinley is currently Doral City Manager having been formally appointed by the Doral City Council on September 17th, 2008. Mrs. Soler-McKinley served as City Manager of the City of South Miami from 2006-2008. She has extensive knowledge of government affairs. Her experience also includes an executive director position with the Miami Bayside Foundation and with the President’s Advisory Board for the Office of Cuba Broadcasting under both President Clinton and President Bush.

She received a Masters Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations and Economics, both from FIU.
